An alternative online submission platform is currently undergoing internal testing.

Please note that the overall application deadline has been extended to November 10 (Mon).

This deadline applies to the online application submission, application fee payment, and the arrival of all required materials, including recommendation letters, hard-copy documents, and official score reports.

[Important Notice] Temporary Suspension of StudyinKorea System and Undergraduate Applications

(Updated on September 30)

 

Due to unexpected circumstances at the National Information Resources Service, the Study in Korea website is temporarily unavailable until the issue is resolved. Online application submission will resume once the system is restored.

 

Should the system not be restored, or a clear recovery schedule not announced shortly after the national holidays (October 3–9), an alternative method for online application submission will be announced by mid-October through official notices and pop-up announcements on this website.

 

In the meantime, as of now, applicants are advised to send original hard copy of specifically required documents by post (with contact information and checklist), submit official score reports if applicable, prepare their personal statement, and have recommenders complete and submit recommendation letters in advance.

       * Please note that, considering the sufficient length of the application period, there are currently no plans to extend the deadline.

• (After system recovery ~ Until November 3) Complete the entire application process, including the online application form and payment.

 

 

[Important Notes]

                          

An application will be considered complete and valid for evaluation only if all of the following are fulfilled within the application period:

 

1. Submission of the original hard copy of specifically required documents by post (including checklist and applicant’s email for notifications)

2. Submission of the score report of English Language Proficiency Test (or exemption with supporting documents)

3. Direct submission of recommendation letters by recommenders via email to postech-iuadmission@postech.ac.kr (applicants should provide recommenders with the required form)

4. Completion of the online application and payment of the application fee via StudyinKorea online portal

 

   * Please note that any documents submitted will not be returned, even if the applicant later chooses not to proceed with the online application to complete the entire application process.
