 ■ An Alternative Online Submission Platform is AVAILABLE as follows: 
 https://adm-g.postech.ac.kr/ENG/application05/ 
 - Applicants must sign up before applying. The application can be reviewed and modified on My Dashboard until the application deadline. 
 - Please make sure to apply only to the appropriate track. Simultaneous applications to both Track I and Track II are NOT permitted, and application fees paid for multiple tracks will NOT be refunded. 
 - The Examination ID (required for later admission result checking) will be issued only after the application fee has been successfully paid. * Admission results will be announced on January 5, 2026 and can be checked online at https://adm-iu.postech.ac.kr/user/admission/result/index.do 
 
 ■ Deadline Extended 
 The overall application deadline has been extended to November 10 (Mon). * This deadline applies to the online application submission, application fee payment, and the arrival of all required materials, including recommendation letters, hard-copy documents, and official score reports. Any document or application fee received after the deadline will not be considered. 
 
 ■ Online Document Submission 
 Upload the required documents according to your chosen track * Please refer to the checklist and guidelines for your track, and merge all relevant files into a single PDF file before uploading. (Maximum 20 MB per file) 
 Important Changes Regarding Personal Statement: - The Personal Statement is no longer entered directly through the online application portal. * Please complete the “Personal Statement” Word file provided in this Notice Board or in the “Upload of Document(s)” section, and upload it to the designated section. 
 [Note] Postal submission of specifically required hard-copy documents is part of the standard application process and must be completed regardless of the online application status. Online submission alone is not sufficient; postal submission of the required documents is still mandatory. 
 
 ■ Payment of Application Fee 
 Once the payment is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. 
 1. Pay by Credit Card - Only credit cards issued OUTSIDE OF KOREA are accepted (VISA, MASTER, and UnionPay). * The Examination ID will be issued immediately upon successful credit card payment 
 2. Pay by Bank Transfer - Applicants who pay by bank transfer must report the transaction to the Admissions Office via email at postech-iuadmission@postech.ac.kr 
 The email should include: • Name of depositor • Name of applicant • Copy of the transfer receipt 
 * Please note that NO reply will be sent regarding payment confirmation for wire transfers. The Admissions Office will verify and process payments within approximately ONE week after receiving the email. 
 * Once the payment is confirmed, the Fee Status on My Dashboard will change to “COMPLETE,” and the Examination ID will be issued immediately thereafter. 
 * Any additional fees or bank charges must be covered by the applicant. 
 
 ■ Important Notes 
 An application will be considered complete and valid for evaluation only if ALL of the following are fulfilled within the application period: 
 1. Submission of the original hard copies of specifically required documents by post (including the Examination ID -if issued-, the checklist, and the applicant’s email for notifications) 
 2. Submission of official English Proficiency Test score report (or meets the exemption criteria with supporting documents) 
 3. Direct submission of recommendation letters by recommenders via email to postech-iuadmission@postech.ac.kr (applicants should provide recommenders with the required form) 
 4. Completion of the online application and successful payment of the application fee via online portal or wire transfer. 
 * Please note that any documents submitted WILL NOT BE returned, even if the applicant later chooses not to complete the entire application process.
